Little did I know it would become a habit. I took the plunge as we stepped into the national lockdown and so far it’s been a steady 6 day routine.
Walking. An activity I never comprehended was in list multiple to-do’s in a day. I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t inspired and to be honest, was the best decision taken.
About 3 odd months into it now, it has become an activity that helps me sweat it out, keep my sanity levels in check and today discovered the therapeutic effect it had. I have been coupling the walking with a spot of yoga and floor exercises and the wishful desire is to have the bandwidth to spend more than an hour to unwind.
Sometimes gotta be happy with what one gets I guess.
In all, I’m quite happy for the progression and the interest levels in me so far !!
